  1. 1.Sweat the onions and garlic in some oil in a big pot.
  2. 2.Add water and bring to a simmer.
  3. 3.Add the potatoes, carrots, and curry cubes.
  4. 4.Season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic and onion powder, black pepper, and chili pepper for spice. Simmer until the vegetables are tender and the sauce thickens.
