- 1.Mince the garlic super fine — a grater or press works well.
- 2.In a gallon ziploc, mix the honey, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic together.
- 3.Add the chicken and make sure every piece is evenly coated.
- 4.Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours, up to 3 days.
