Sticky, sweet-and-spicy gochujang chicken thighs. Mix the marinade right in a ziploc, let it sit, then bake hot until caramelized.

  1. 1.Mince the garlic super fine — a grater or press works well.
  2. 2.In a gallon ziploc, mix the honey, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic together.
  3. 3.Add the chicken and make sure every piece is evenly coated.
  4. 4.Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours, up to 3 days.
  5. 5.Spread on a baking tray and bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Finish with sesame seeds and green onions.
