Daegu Jorim (Braised Black Cod & Radish)
Korean soy-braised black cod over daikon that drinks up the sauce. The fish is delicate, so baste gently and try not to break it apart.

- 1.Cut up the daikon into 1/2-inch rounds.
- 2.Add 2 cups of water to a big pot or pan and lay the daikon in to cover the bottom.
- 3.Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.15:00
- 4.Flip the daikon, layer the green onions and then the black cod on top, pour the sauce over, and cook for 10 minutes.10:00
- 5.Baste the fish for 5-7 minutes, being careful not to break up the delicate pieces. Let the sauce thicken by scooting the daikon into a pile.6:00
